We offer $5 flat rate standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii PO Boxes and APO's.
We will choose the carrier for your shipment. It will be shipped either USPS or UPS. Standard shipping packages generally arrive within 2-5 business days from the date shipped, but may take longer in some cases. The delivery date is not guaranteed. If you need your order by a specific date please select UPS 2nd day air or UPS next day air. In-stock items generally ship within 24 hours, but may take longer during high volume shipping times. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
DOMESTIC EXPRESS SHIPPING
We give top priority to express orders and ship same day if order is placed by 2pm Eastern time. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
UPS 2nd day air is $18 and arrives in 2 business days. No delivery on weekends or holidays.
UPS Next day air is $40 and arrives the next business day. No delivery on weekends or holidays.
We ship Internationally to most countries. Please be aware that customs and duties taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. Soleilblue.com is not responsible for these fees and cannot determine how much they will be. These taxes are determined by the destination country and are NOT included in your shipping costs. All duties and taxes must be paid at time of delivery.
UPS Worldwide Expedited is $49 and usually arrives in 5-10 business days. Packages may take longer in some cases. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
UPS Worldwide Express is $69 and usually arrives in 3-5 business days. Packages may take longer in some cases. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
PO BOXES & APO's
Yes, we do ship to Po Boxes & APO's. Please select Standard Shipping at checkout. Your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.
We charge a 30% RESTOCKING FEE for all refused packages. If a customer decides to refuse a shipment from us, they are still responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to soleilblue.com.
This amount will be subtracted from the refund total when received. In the event that the cost of the shipping, duties and taxes exceeds the cost of the merchandise, the customer's credit card will be charged any additional fees that are incurred for the refused package.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Occasionally customers enter an incorrect address at checkout. There is a $15 UPS charge for all address changes. This applies to orders that are already in transit and will be charged to the customer's credit card upon completion of the UPS address change request. If you have made a mistake entering your address at checkout please be sure to contact us ASAP. We cannot guarantee that the request will be fulfilled by UPS, but we will do our best. If you selected Standard shipping and we have shipped your package via the US Post Office we CANNOT change the address once shipped.
RETURN TO SENDER
It is the customer's responsibility to arrange to sign for the package if a signature is required by the carrier. If the customer is unable to sign then a pick-up at UPS or USPS will be required. All of our packages are insured. UPS will only leave a package at the door if they feel it is a safe location. Often times a signature will be required. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts before they mark the package "return to sender". All "return to sender" packages will incur a $15 fee on top of the fees required to ship the item back to the customer. All orders returned to us for a bad address will also incur a $15 charge. Please review your shipping address carefully before you submit your order. If you see a problem and need us to fix the address please contact us as soon as possible.
Sales tax is only charged to orders shipped within the state of Florida.
