Why was my order cancelled?

Here are a few reason why your order may have been cancelled.

  • Billing address does not match credit card statement
  • We are unable to verify your address.
  • Fraud filter has flagged your order as medium to high risk.
  • More than two items were purchased in the same size/color.
  • Excessive returns or previous abuse of our store policies.
  • Incomplete information such as no last name or unit number.
