Holiday Returns

We are happy to offer an extended Holiday return deadline. Orders placed after November 19th, 2024 will be eligible for return through January 10th, 2025. This policy applies to return eligible items only. Final sale items are not returnable.

 

Return Policy

We accept returns of un-worn merchandise for store credit only. We do not offer refunds.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of order date. Please make sure tags are still attached. 

Items with "FINAL SALE" in the title are non-returnable (no returns or exchanges). Beauty products, perfume, hair accessories and pantry items are also final sale.

After the return has been received and processed we will email a store credit in the form of an electronic gift card with a code that can be entered easily at checkout. Store credits can be used towards any purchase from SoleilBlue.com.

Please note all tags must be attached. We are not able to accept your return if the tags have been removed, if there are signs of wear, deodorant stains or heavy fragrance, such as perfume. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our requirements.

 

Return shipping: We'll provide a return shipping label for domestic returns with a $12 handling fee that will be deducted from your store credit. We do not offer return labels for international returns.

 

Store credits:  We'll issue an easy to use Soleil Blue Gift Card via email after your return has been received and processed. We do our best to process and send your credit as quickly as possible. Store credits may be applied towards any future purchase at soleilblue.com. 

 

Exchanges: Our returns portal can be used to create an exchange of the same item in a different size. All other exchange requests will require returning the goods and placing a new order with store credit.

 

Shoes: The shoe box is considered part of the product and must be returned in brand new condition. An outer protective box should be used when shipping the item back to us. Return labels cannot be directly attached to the shoe box. Your return will be denied if the shoe box is damaged.

 

Pre-orders: Our regular return policy applies. Your return deadline will begin at ship date. Please email us if you are not able to obtain your return authorization through our returns portal.

 

Damaged items: Please be careful with garments when trying on. We are not responsible for damages caused by trying on items that are too small. Please also take extra care with zippers, buttons and fragile fabrics. Damage claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for swimwear that has been stained or discolored after being worn. Worn, damaged, stained or laundered items will not be accepted.
