We accept returns within 30 days of order date for store credit or exchange only. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

Product must be unworn. Hang tags must be attached.

When trying on, please be mindful that beauty products can cause stains.

Avoid contact with make-up, lotion, oil, deodorant, perfume, sunscreen etc.

We will not accept a return if tags have been removed, if the item shows signs of wear, product is stained or has a strong odor. 

Swimwear hygienic liners must remain intact.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our requirements.


FINAL SALE

Discounted items with "FINAL SALE" in the title are non-returnable.

Beauty products, perfume, hair accessories, candles, home fragrance and pantry items are final sale.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for final sale purchases.


STORE CREDIT

After the return has been received and processed we will email a store credit in the form of an electronic gift card with a code that can be entered easily at checkout. Store credits can be used towards a purchase from SoleilBlue.com.


RETURN SHIPPING

We'll provide a return shipping label for domestic returns with a $12 handling fee that will be deducted from your store credit.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please contact us to initiate a return. All returns need to be approved. We'll reply with authorization and return address. We're sorry to say that our return portal cannot be used for international orders and we are not able to offer a return label at this time. The customer is responsible for shipping back the return at their own expense. We recommend purchasing insurance when shipping back to us as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages that we have not shipped ourselves.


EXCHANGES

Our returns portal can be used to create an exchange of the same item in a different size. All other exchange requests will require returning the goods and placing a new order with store credit.


SHOES

The shoe box is considered part of the product and must be returned in brand new condition. An outer protective box should be used when shipping the item back to us. Return labels cannot be directly attached to the shoe box. Your return will be denied if the shoe box is returned damaged.


PRE-ORDERS

Our regular return policy applies. Your return deadline will begin at ship date. Please contact us if you are not able to obtain your return authorization through our returns portal.


DAMAGED/FAULTY PRODUCT:

Please be careful with garments when trying on. We are not responsible for damages caused by trying on items that are too small. Please also take extra care with zippers, buttons and fragile fabrics. Damage claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for swimwear that has been stained or discolored after use. Worn, damaged, stained or laundered items will not be accepted.
