RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of your order date for store credit or exchange only. Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Store credit or exchanges will be issued for eligible items once they meet the return conditions outlined below:

  • Products must be unworn, with all original hang tags attached. Swimwear must have hygienic liners intact.
  • Please take care when trying on items, as beauty products (makeup, lotions, oils, deodorants, perfumes, sunscreen) may cause stains.
  • We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, have removed tags, are stained, or carry strong odors.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
  • Items marked with "FINAL SALE" in the product title are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • The following categories are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Beauty products
    • Perfume
    • Hair accessories
    • Candles
    • Home fragrance
    • Pantry items

Our policies are designed to ensure the highest product standards for all of our customers. We greatly appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any questions you may have. Kindly note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges for a different size of the same item may be requested through our online return portal. A $15 exchange fee will apply, which covers both return and outbound shipping. Your requested exchange item will be reserved once the return tracking indicates the item is in transit, and it will ship once the return has been received and processed. For all other exchange preferences, a store credit will be issued, allowing you the flexibility to select the perfect alternative at your convenience.


STORE CREDIT

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a store credit via email in the form of an electronic gift card. The gift card will include a code for easy use at checkout, along with instructions for redemption. Please note: store credit must be manually applied at checkout, as we cannot apply it for you. Your store credit can be used on any purchase from soleilblue.com.


RETURN SHIPPING

For domestic returns, we will provide a return shipping label with a $10 handling fee, which will be deducted from your store credit.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

To initiate an international return, please contact us directly. All returns require approval, and we will provide the necessary authorization and return address. Unfortunately, our return portal is not available for international orders, and we are unable to offer a return label at this time. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend purchasing insurance for your return shipment, as we cannot be held liable for lost packages not shipped by us.


SHOES

The shoe box is an integral part of the product and must be returned in pristine condition. Please use an outer protective box when shipping the item back to us. Return labels should not be affixed directly to the shoe box. Returns will be denied if the shoe box is damaged upon return.


PRE-ORDERS

Our standard return policy applies to pre-orders, with the return deadline starting from the ship date. If you are unable to obtain return authorization through our returns portal, please contact us directly for assistance.


DAMAGED/FAULTY PRODUCT:

We kindly ask that you handle garments with care when trying them on. We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by attempting to wear items that are too small, or by mishandling delicate fabrics, zippers, or buttons. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Should you receive a faulty product, please contact us promptly. Please note that swimwear showing signs of staining or discoloration after use, as well as worn or laundered items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
