This cozy little restaurant has a retro diner vibe and is so beautifully decorated you may never want to leave. We've yet to try them out for dinner (we hear it's wonderful), but we love their brunch menu. Favorites include the Brioche cinnamon French toast sticks, avocado tartines, coffee and mimosas. So good! If you are eating clean, they offer a number of healthy options as well.

It's a fun area to explore so you may want to make a day of it, nearby Silver Lake is one of our favorite parts of Los Angeles with a funky array of vintage shops, indie boutiques and current hot brands such as Le Labo, Aesop and Moon Juice. Highlights in the area include Mollusk Surf Shop, Mohawk General Store and Painted Bird vintage. If you want to treat yourself, The Now Massage Boutique is nearby as well.

We prefer to avoid the crowds by arriving early, so we're usually seated right away without a reservation, but this place is quite small so reservations are definitely recommended. Especially if you want to eat here during the peak times of day. Parking in the area is a challenge to say the least! Uber or Lyft are our preferred mode of transportation for this part of town.
